We have to start somewhere. That's true of everything, including your yoga practice.
It gets you in touch with your body. Yoga stretches and exercises are designed around the idea of moving your body to increase its strength and durability. Therefore, doing yoga on a regular basis will really get you to be much more in tune with your body and know when something is really working and when it isn't.
Yoga comes from the word 'yoke' meaning the connection of body and mind. Breath follows movement and anyone can do yoga.
If you can breathe, you can do yoga!!! So, stop trying to find excuses and meet me 'om' the mat soon... I can't wait to see you!
